By booking an appointment, purchasing a service, or entering our premises, you agree to be bound by these terms. We are committed to providing professional beauty and wellness services in a safe, respectful, and hygienic environment. These terms are designed to ensure clarity, fairness, and mutual understanding between The Soulful Salon and our valued clients. Please read them carefully before availing any of our services.
All appointments must be booked in advance through our official channels (phone, website, or walk-in subject to availability). A confirmation message will be sent upon successful booking. Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before the scheduled time to avoid charges. Late cancellations or no shows may incur a cancellation fee up to 50% of the service value. Repeated no shows may result in temporary suspension of booking privileges. We reserve the right to refuse service if a client has a pattern of unreliable attendance.
All prices displayed are in Indian Rupees and inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without prior notice; however, confirmed bookings will be honored at the rate quoted at the time of booking. We accept cash, UPI, cards, and digital wallets. Full payment is due at the time of service unless a different arrangement is explicitly agreed upon. Any promotional offers or discounts are valid only for the specified period and services. We do not offer refunds for partially completed services due to client dissatisfaction after the service has begun.
Clients are expected to arrive on time and inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or sensitivities prior to treatment. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if a client is under the influence of alcohol or drugs, behaves aggressively, uses abusive language, or creates an unsafe environment. Clients must follow stylist instructions regarding aftercare to maintain service results. Bringing outside food, beverages, or additional persons (beyond what is permitted) into treatment areas is not allowed. Respect for other clients and staff is mandatory at all times.
We strictly follow sanitation and sterilization protocols as per industry standards and local health regulations. All tools and equipment are disinfected or sterilized between clients. We use high-quality, professional-grade products from reputed brands. Clients with active skin infections, open wounds, or contagious conditions may be refused service for safety reasons. In case of any adverse reaction, please inform us immediately so appropriate action can be taken. We maintain a smoke-free, fragrance-controlled environment for the comfort of all clients.
While we take every precaution to deliver excellent results, hair and beauty services are subject to natural variations in hair type, texture, and condition. We cannot guarantee identical results to photos or previous services due to these factors. The Soulful Salon is not liable for allergic reactions unless caused by gross negligence. We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings left in the salon. Clients assume responsibility for any damage caused by them to salon property or equipment. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the value of the service provided.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time; the latest version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
