The Soulful Salon is committed to maintaining a respectful and non-intrusive communication environment with our clients. This Anti-Spam Policy outlines our strict stance against sending unsolicited commercial messages and our practices to prevent any form of spam. We only contact clients when there is a legitimate service related reason or prior explicit permission has been given. We consider any form of unsolicited bulk messaging to be unacceptable. This policy applies to all forms of communication initiated by The Soulful Salon or on our behalf. We take this commitment seriously to protect the trust of our clients in Chennai.

Our Communication Practices

We only send messages related to confirmed appointments, service reminders, or urgent rescheduling needs. Any communication is sent only to individuals who have directly provided their contact details to us. We never purchase, rent, harvest, or use third-party contact lists for outreach. Messages are sent manually or through secure salon management systems with strict access control. We do not engage in mass messaging campaigns of any kind. All outbound communication is limited to genuine salon-client interactions.

Prohibited Activities

The Soulful Salon and its staff are strictly prohibited from sending unsolicited promotional messages to any phone number or email address. We do not allow employees or contractors to use salon resources to send chain messages, bulk forwards, or marketing blasts. Sending messages promoting unrelated products, services, or third party businesses is forbidden. Impersonating The Soulful Salon to send spam or fraudulent messages is strictly prohibited. Any form of misleading or deceptive messaging is not tolerated. Violation of this policy by any staff member results in immediate disciplinary action.

Client Consent & Permission

We only contact you after you have voluntarily shared your phone number during booking or in-person visit. Providing your contact number is considered implicit consent for appointment-related communication only. We never assume permission for promotional or unrelated messaging. If you ever indicate you do not wish to receive reminders or updates, we immediately honor that request. Consent is never presumed or retroactively applied. We do not use pre-checked boxes or automatic opt-in mechanisms.

Handling Reported Spam

If you receive any message claiming to be from The Soulful Salon that appears unsolicited or promotional, please forward it to us immediately. We investigate every reported incident seriously and promptly. Messages not originating from our verified salon number or official channels are not sent by us. We cooperate fully with telecom authorities and law enforcement if fraudulent activity is suspected. We take steps to prevent spoofing or misuse of our salon identity. Reporting helps us maintain a clean communication record.

Staff Training & Monitoring

All salon staff receive regular training on our anti-spam policy and acceptable communication practices. Only designated personnel are authorized to send appointment-related messages. We monitor outgoing communications to ensure compliance with this policy. Any misuse of client contact information is treated as a serious breach of trust.
